I build companies where AI does the heavy lifting.

I'm Rajdeep — a technical founder with 9+ years of engineering behind me. I design AI agents, automate operations, and partner with ambitious founders as their technical co-founder.

Building AI-native products

What I do

Four ways I work with founders and businesses.

I sit at the intersection of engineering and entrepreneurship: turning ideas into AI-powered products, and removing the manual work that holds a business back.

01

AI agents that do real work

Agents that qualify leads, answer customers, extract data and run multi-step workflows on their own — with a human in the loop only where it matters.

For teams drowning in repetitive, judgement-light work.

02

Operations that run without headcount

I map the manual processes slowing a business down and replace them with automation pipelines — n8n, Make, Zapier or custom orchestration — that hold up at scale.

For operators who want to grow without hiring for every task.

  • n8n
  • Make
  • Webhooks
  • Custom orchestration
03

AI-native products, end to end

Full-stack products where intelligence is the core feature, not a bolt-on: LLM-powered workflows, voice agents, intelligent dashboards — on infrastructure built to scale.

For founders with a product idea that needs to exist this quarter.

  • Next.js
  • Flutter
  • AWS
  • PostgreSQL
04

Technical co-founder & fractional CTO

The technical backbone for non-technical founders: architecture, hiring, roadmap and the high-stakes decisions between zero and product-market fit.

For ambitious founders who need an engineering partner, not a vendor.

The story

From Fiverr gigs to founding companies.

I started in 2017 writing mobile apps for clients on Fiverr — more than fifty of them. That's where I learned the thing engineering school doesn't teach: nobody pays for code. They pay for outcomes.

That mindset took me from freelancer to co-founder, then to leading engineering at an agritech startup — architecting microservices, running cloud infrastructure and managing a team while the product scaled to thousands of daily users.

Then AI changed what a small team could do. Not the hype — the real, operational leverage. Now I build businesses at that intersection: agents that work around the clock, automation that scales without headcount, and products with intelligence at the core.

How I think

A few things I believe about building.

01

Systems beat headcount.

The next wave of great companies won't be built with bigger teams. They'll be built with better systems — automation-first, AI-native, designed to scale from day one.

02

Ship, then sharpen.

A working product in front of real users teaches more in a week than a perfect plan does in a quarter. I'd rather learn from the market than guess in a document.

03

AI is leverage, not a feature.

Bolting a chatbot onto a product changes nothing. Putting intelligence at the core of how a business operates changes everything — cost, speed and what a small team can do.

04

Own the outcome.

I learned this on Fiverr in 2017: nobody pays for code. They pay for a result. That mindset is the difference between an engineer and a founder.

The businesses that win in the next decade won't outspend their competition — they'll out-automate them. I build the systems that make that possible.
